Hot summer days!

Yesterday we were invited to our friend's house and we played on their huge blow up swim play set.

It was so fun and the kids played for hours and the moms got to talk and it was great.  

Max just chilled in the shade.

Max's first time with cereal.  He jumped every time the spoon came near him.

What Max does best... suck on his fist.  I have caught him with at least five fingers from two different hands in his mouth at the same time.  It was quite the mouth full.Big sis putting girly pigtails on and we don't like it.   His face just says "Come on Mom... Do we really need to let her do this?"There is that sweet smile.

June kidlets

Max is almost 4 months old and Madeline will be turning 6 in two months. Here are some pictures we got this week. Max is getting so big I love it. Madeline loves him so much and they are so cute together. Max is so much more interactive with us this last month. He coos and giggles and he loves to be kissed.

Madeline and Kendall have really enjoyed their new routine of daddy daughter play night.

Kendall will take Madeline outside once or twice a week and they play games and Madeline has an abosolute ball. She talks about it forever.

Here are some pictures of them playing on the trampoline. They have been known to play pirates, soccer, tag, and frisbee.

Dance Recital and Giggles

Max started giggling last week. LOVE it! Darling little boy.

He hates tummy time. I mean REALLY HATES. He has probably had a 30 minutes of tummy time his whole life. I just don't have the heart to force it when he hates it so much.

He loves to smile at us, but for anybody else he tends to hold them back. I guess you have to be in "his circle".

He is such a sweet boy that has the cutest shy smile, but there are times when he just gets so excited he just can't hold it back and he squeals.

Whenever the camera comes out the smiles tend to disappear because he is so darn interested in the camera. So I have to be sneaky to catch 'em.

Cousin Meg is trying to get him to smile but as you can see he is more interested in the new face that just popped up.

Madeline performed in her dance program. That was a long process of rehearsals that I am so glad that it is over. Madeline loved rehearsals and would always say that rehearsals were her favorite.
