Our Family 2013

Here is a recap of our year.  What a fun year 2013 turned out to be!

Thanksgiving

We hosted Kendall's family thanksgiving this year and Kendall fried a turkey.  It was so good.  

I love how his tongue is out.  It goes crazy anticipating the goodness that is to come.

After dinner we played a few minute to win it games.  

At the end of it we ended up having a huge marshmallow fight.  It was great!

Mitch turns one!

Mitch you handsome boy!  You are one year old and what a joy this year has been!  You are a sweet little baby and you have given us a few scares but you are doing so great!  

At one year old you are finally eating food like babies should thanks to a wonderful therapist that showed me the correct way to get you to eat with all of your sensory issues.  

You would never know there was a problem now.  

You are a master crawler and have absolutely no desire to walk.  Mom is okay with that because your siblings were both early walkers and Mom knows what kind of trouble that is.  

You can say mama and dada and you can shake your head no.

You have learned some sign language and are starting to do it back.  You are quite professional with the sign drink.  

You LOVE to be held and could be quite content to be on mom's hip all day everyday.  You have the best cheeks on the planet and it is one of the first things people comment on.  You have six teeth, two on the bottom and four on top.  Mom is pretty sure more are coming because you have been a real crab lately. 

You love and adore all babies.  You want to see them and talk to them as much as possible. 

You are a real sweet heart and we are so happy you are in our family.

Max brought every shoe we owned out and piled them in the living room.

Madeline was in a play.  She was so excited to do this and she did great!

Kendall and I went to Vegas for the ABC kids show.  Here he is in front of the giant rocking chair.

For family night we went to the corn maze and got lost.  Here are our lost and scared faces.

We surprised Madeline with a trip to Salt Lake City and trip to conference.  She was SO excited.  She didn't figure it out until we were standing in line to get in.  She asked what we were doing there and Kendall said  "well I bet if we stand in line they will let us in" and Madeline said "no way, there are way too many people here!" and Kendall told her we had the tickets and she was thrilled.

Max and Mitch found a snail.

Cleaning that darn toy room!  It is the hardest thing to keep clean!

All of the girls in my family got together to take all the kids on a fall hike.  It was colder than we thought it would be but fun!

The boys went for a fall four wheeler ride.

Kendall is Death, I am a zombie, Max is Spider Man and hiding behind Kendall, Madeline was Audrey  Hepburn but then wanted to be a Zombie so she is a zombie Audrey Hepburn, and Mitch is a sock monkey.

 This must have been in the summer.
