Our Three Day Christmas

What a fun Christmas we had!  

We had a family Christmas party on the 23rd.  We had a yummy breakfast for dinner and then we opened presents and played the funnest game!  

Here are some pictures of the evening.

Derek's lovely wife Stephanie got Derek a ride in a P-51 Mustang.  When it warms up he will get to go for a 30 minute ride.  He was SO excited.

Miss Mads got socks.

Max was more interested in Madeline's gifts than opening presents.  He would rather not be bothered with wrapping paper.

Max has to snack at Grandma's house.  Here he is sneaking the cheetos.  Silly boy.

This picture makes me laugh because it looks like Max but is really Logan.  I had to do a double take. 

Murdock party on the 24th.  

We exchanged gifts and had dinner with the whole family.  It was fun and super yummy.

Madeline got $35 from her  grandparents and she was SO excited.

We got our Christmas eve PJs.

Christmas Morning!

The kids slept in until 7:45 am.  Then they charged in and Max went straight for Madeline's doll bed.  He was so excited.  We couldn't get him excited about his until we started playing with them.

Madeline received a doll bed, clothes, movies, and a new coat.  

Max received a car track, cars, and a remote control car.

We had our traditional breakfast of butterscotch bundt rolls.

Max HAD to eat breakfast with his car track.  

Here is our try at family pictures with the camera timer.  It took a few tries because it was a new camera but we figured it out.

Bingo!  Almost everybody is looking and smiling.  Good enough.
