Kendall ran his first marathon!
He has been training since January and he amazed us all by running it under 4 hours which was his goal!
The kids and I made signs and followed him around the course.
Some of our signs said-
"Toenails are for sissies" ( one of my favorites since Kendall has lost about 3 toenails to running.)
"Chuck Norris never ran a marathon"
"26.2 miles..... since 26.3 is just CRAZY!"
"mortuary ahead look alive!"
and
last but not least
My mom was awesome and spent the morning with us and helped me herd kids.

He finished in 3 hours and 47 minutes. An awesome time for his very first time!
Here he is after the race. He looks pretty darn good for running 26.2 miles!
We are so proud of you!

I love reading your blog! Your kids are so cute!! I love the pics Max took! Reminds me of when my kids were little! Congrats to Kendall for running the Marathon! I work with a girl that ran the half marathon. I wish I ran, but I've been walking too on the nice days during my lunch break.
