This weekend we decided to visit Virginia City. We stopped in Ennis at a fun little cafe called Yesterday's Soda Fountain and Restaurant and had lunch.
The ladies sitting behind us loved Max. They would comment on how cute he was even though he was acting awful that day.
After lunch we headed up to Virginia City... the ghost town.
Nevada City was just up the road so we stopped there as well.
They have volunteers that come and act the part. They tell you the date they are acting out and encourage you to ask questions.
We stopped in the bar and played a game or two with the bartender. Madeline won.
